SAG-AFTRA TV/Theatrical Contracts Strike
As a result of the strike under the TV/Theatrical Contracts, there will be an immediate shut down at midnight of all AMPTP member-produced TV/Theatrical projects. Under the strike, Union members cannot perform services for television and film projects produced under the TV/Theatrical Contracts. However, as a reminder, the SAG-AFTRA TV/Theatrical Contracts are separate from the SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contract and will have no impact on Union actors who work in commercials or do promotional work on behalf of brands.
