JPC 2023 Q2 Survey about the Commercials Contract

The Joint Policy Committee (JPC) will be releasing the 2023 Q2 Industry Survey on Monday, May 15 and we hope you will participate.
Thank you to those who completed the Q1 Industry Survey; we received great insights into the challenges, positive results and potential areas of improvement related to the 2022 Commercials Contract. For the upcoming Q2 survey, we’ll be diving deeper into topics such as waivers, editing provisions, renegotiations, and Traditional Digital use.
As a reminder, no matter where you are on your journey with the 2022 Contract, we’d like your feedback on your experiences with the Contract to-date. The updates made in 2022 were the most significant changes to the Contract in its more than half-century existence. While there were many benefits introduced to make it more cost effective, flexible, and predictable, we know we are not done. And that’s where you can help –our four (4) 2023 quarterly surveys will not take up too much of your time, but will have a big impact in our preparations for the 2025 negotiations.
The Q2 survey will be distributed on Monday, May 15, 2023, and will remain open through end of day on Tuesday, May 30, 2023.
