2022 Commercials Contract: Available Editing Assets
Hello,
The 2022 Commercials Contract introduced a simpler and more flexible editing structure. We’ve learned through feedback from the 2023 quarterly surveys and questions asked to the JPC that there is a desire for education about how the editing structure works.
While we continue to work on additional resources, we thought it would be helpful to provide a summary of the editing assets currently available to you:
- Commercials Contract Website
A website to search and review contract terms (including editing) side-by-side throughout the 2016 Contract, 2019 Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and 2022 MOA, along with educational materials and any applicable waivers
Tip: Click on ‘Categories’ on the top right of the website and scroll to ‘Editing’ for a quick overview of all sections that address Editing - “Intro to Editing in the 2022 Commercials Contract” Video
